Hello and welcome to my site! I am Mera, a Puerto Rican artist based in Georgia. I graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration. My work is inspired by how much I can experiment with mixed media, if it seems like fun at the moment, it will end up on paper. You will notice a constant face in my work and that is not a coincidence, that's my younger sister, Isa, she is the protagonist in a good portion of my work. After years of trying different mediums I have found that my favorite to work with is mixed media on toned paper, with a focus on line work, pops of color and whatever tugs at the emotions.
